Ranked 2nd in UK at 100 metres, 3rd at 200 metres, 8th in long jump, 2nd ranked 16 year old at senior 400 metre hurdles.

In UK top 20 at under 17 shot putt & 60 metre hurdles.

Ranked 5th on UK all time list for 150 metres.

I have only been involved in athletics for just over eighteen months after not doing much at school.

I was introduced to the sport and my coach by a teacher at my school. I can honestly say that the sense of achievement athletics has brought me so far is amazing.

I really dont like to think what route my life would have taken if I hadnt started athletics, it really has changed my life.

My main aim is to win the Decathlon Gold medal at the Rio Olympics in 2016.
