SPORTING ACHIEVEMENTS: I won numerous awards when I was showjumping but as I am very new to rallying I have yet to get on the podium! I have been training throughout the winter and have just competed in my first two forest rallies, The Wyedean in South Wales and last weekend the Malcolm Wilson in Cumbria.
I have spent my time competing in showjumping and eventing up until my horse retired last year which has freed up some time and money to follow my dream. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

I think I should win because once I put my mind to something I pull out all the stops. I think that I have the grit, determination and talent to do very well in this sport and along with my young co driver Josh Davison (17)we are certainly being talked about and getting noticed. I love doing promotion work so I would be a good ambassador for the company and the sport. I am fully aware that sponsorship deals are hard to come by these days and you need to look after your sponsors, it is not a one way street. Because of that I make sure that I sit down each Sunday following a rally and no matter how exhausted I am I do my rally write up and get it out to the papers for the following week. www.rachaelpattersonmotorsport.co.uk
